HANDICAP FACTORS Players, whose Handicap Factor has changed since their entry was accepted, will play to their current Factor. If a handicap event has a maximum handicap limit, the limit would cap a player’s handicap. Players belonging to a club not utilizing RCGA certified handicapping software will be permitted entry into the tournament but will not be eligible for handicap based prizes. |
